It was probably just a matter of time before Oregon’s ingenuity and will to save the environment rubbed off on non-commuter gas-guzzling vehicles, after all, only so many of the cars and trucks on the road are being used to get to and from work, the shopping mall, and the kids’ soccer games, right?
