The Show
Portland Sucks is a live independent streaming Internet radio show and podcast that airs every weekday morning at 8AM, right here on www.pdxsucks.com. Featuring the non-talents of hosts RobertWagner and Sabrina Miller, Portland Sucks debuted at 8PM on January 29th, 2009. Originally intended as a weekly show, interest was strong enough to turn the weekly show into a daily show on February 12th, after only two episodes.
Guest Policy
We love guests and we love providing a casual environment for them to say what they want. If you think you’d like to be a guest on our show, either in the studio or over the phone, all you need to do is submit an email to editor@pdxsucks.com. Let us know who you are and what you’d like to talk about and we’ll mull it over.
We would be particularly interested in having you on the show if…
- You have an interesting or strange occupation
- You’ve done something positive for Portland or the surrounding communities
- You work, or have worked, in television, radio, or the newspaper industry and really just want to live the dream of saying “fuck” live on the air without getting fired
- You have a bizarre hobby (one that doesn’t hurt people or animals please)
- You were one of the 20,000 women that slept with Wilt Chamberlain
And The Rest…
Our show is broadcast live every day at 8AM, we already mentioned that. You’ll need a modern web browser (IE 7+, Firefox 2+, or Safari 2+) with Flash 9 or greater installed in order to hear us. If for some reason you can’t be bothered to be sitting in front of your computer doing nothing at 8AM on a weekday, try listening to us via podcast. You can subscribe to our podcast on iTunes, or download it directly from the site. Podcasts of daily shows are generally available within 2 hours of air time. If you don’t see one, email us and let us know.
