Quite a few listeners have expressed some concern over the past 24 hours that iTunes is yet again failing to pick up the new podcasts as they become available. I think I’ve narrowed down the problem to some rather stupid human error on our part here, I’m still not 100% certain. Rest assured, we’re working on it and doing what we can to get it fixed as soon as possible. iTunes is sort of an automatic drone for the most part so it can be rather difficult to ascertain exactly what the problem is sometimes (and even more difficult to determine whether or not it’s fixed in a timely manner).
Anyway, thanks to all for the heads up – we hope to get it fixed soon. In the meantime, you can always right-click the “Download audio” link and save the podcast to your computer and get it onto your iPod manually. A little bit of a pain in the ass but better than being tethered to the computer while you listen.
