The red nose is only for Christmas. I don’t know if the sign had a stag on it when it was a sugar company sign.

That makes sense. I guess that would also explain why I remember it reading completely different when I was a kid (growing up, I had relatives in the area so I was here every couple of weeks even though I was raised in Seattle).
