Following week,, I see the same fucker down under the 99 by the waterfront doing the same thing to a VW Rabbit convertible full of college girls.... I drive up to the car and roll down my window and say,, "Ladies,,, put your wallets away,,, he's a scam!!" and that dude looked at me like he wanted to kill me....... Never saw him again tho', so I'd like to think I was effective... However.... I've also been victim of the 'Sandwich scam" in downtown portland... I wonder if anyone knows this one!!!
